Instructions:

Cut out the yufka dough as circles of about 15 cm. Spread the individual sheets with margarine or vegetable cream and place two on top of each other. Place the prepared sheets in e.g.: Press tartlet molds (12 cm diameter) so that there is a 1-2 cm high dough edge.For the topping, cut the chorizo into thin slices. Drain the peppers, then dice them. Grate the cheese. Mix brunch with cream as well as yolk and spread on the prepared pastry sheets. Spread the chorizo and the diced peppers on top, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake the mini pizzas in the preheated oven at 225 °C (fan oven: 200 °C) for approx. 10 minutes on the lowest rack until golden brown. Remove, garnish with thyme and serve immediately.
