Instructions:

Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes, peel and finely dice the onion and ginger, peel the garlic clove and press it through a press. Rinse the chili peppers, remove the seeds and cut into 1 cm wide rings.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions and ginger until light yellow. Add the meat and roast everything together over high heat until nicely browned, turning frequently to the other side. Then add the garlic and fry briefly.
