I am fond of kiwis because they have a beautiful green color, are juicy and contain a lot of vitamin C. Their flavor, on the other hand, is not exceptionally interesting. Also, they do not have much pectin, and for jam it is good to always add a little bit of juice of a lemon.

Peel the kiwis and cut them into slices, half of which are mashed with a fork. Then put everything together in a pot. Peel the white skin from the grapefruit and cut the slices from the skin over the pot to collect the juice. Cut the slices into small pieces and add them to the kiwis.

Add the juice of one lemon and the preserving sugar and bring to the boil, stirring gently. When the jam has bubbled for four minutes, put it into jars and seal them tightly.
