Instructions:

For the lasagna, briefly fry the meat with garlic and onions in clarified butter. Extinguish with red wine and add all the other ingredients.

Mix well and simmer gently over low heat for at least 3 hours with the lid closed.

For the bechamel, heat the butter. Add the flour and saute until slightly soft, stirring without letting it take color.

Gradually add the milk, stirring well until a creamy sauce is formed. Add the onion, season and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes.

Then, in a baking dish, place a layer of bechamel sauce as the bottom layer, then a layer of lasagna sheets, sugo, lasagna sheets, bechamel sauce, lasagna sheets, sugo, and so on.

Top with sugo at the end and the remaining bechamel sauce on top. Sprinkle with enough Sbrinz and evenly distribute the butter flakes on top.

Place in oven preheated to 180 to 200 degrees for 30 min.

Preparation Tip:

Sprinkle the lasagna with Parmesan or other flavorful cheese if Sbrinz is not available.
