Instructions:

Rinse the chicken parts.

Peel 4 cloves of garlic and then crush them with a garlic press. Mix with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Rub the skin of the chicken parts vigorously with the garlic marinade.

Rinse the lemons well, pat dry and cut into small slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Peel the onions and halve or quarter them as needed.

Place the chicken pieces in a greased baking dish. Put the onions, lemons as well as the tomatoes in the mold and pour some chicken soup over them. Add the rosemary sprig and the remaining garlic cloves.

Roast in a heated oven (top/bottom heat: 200 °C, convection oven: 175 °C, gas: level 3) for about 40-50 minutes. Pour in the chicken soup gradually.

Put olives on the chicken about 15 minutes before the end of roasting.

Preparation Tip:

Serve with fried potatoes.
