For the mango mascarpone cream, mix mascarpone, yogurt, curd cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice.
Puree half a mango with a hand blender and stir into the mascarpone mixture with the egg liqueur, fill into nice glasses, cut the remaining mango into strips and spread on the mango-mascarpone cream.
