Instructions:

Knead together nuts, flour, millet flakes, date pulp and fat. Put the dough to cool for half an hour. Roll out between plastic wrap to a thickness of about half a centimeter. Cut out small squares. Brush each square with egg white and top with pine nuts. Place on prepared baking sheets and place in oven. Switch to 175 °C and bake for about 15 minutes, the next baking tray only for 10 minutes.
