Carefully heat 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil or other vegetable oil in a sealable frying pan or possibly a saucepan. When the frying pan is properly heated, add the popcorn – kukuruz and put the lid on the spot. Do not open carefully repeatedly until no more corn has popped for a few seconds. Once the saucepan has cooled, gradually add the rolled oats, apple pectin plus lecithin, coarsely chopped nuts, raisins and apple juice and mix well. Then in a separate baking bowl, mix flour with baking powder and Reinlecithin P dry, then knead together with 2 tbsp. oil and honey to form a ball. Mix this with the contents of the pan, preferably with a food processor or possibly the dough hook of a hand mixer, until uniform. Brush a medium sized (approx. 20×20 cm) baking dish with a thin layer of oil, spread the mixture evenly and smooth it down with a spoon.

Bake at 200 degrees on the middle shelf for 45 minutes.

After baking, cool a little, turn out onto a board and when completely cool, cut into squares of about 4 x 4 cm.
