Instructions:

For the mixed grill with marinades first for the golden perch in herb marinade mix together peppercorns, parsley, basil, Dijon mustard, juice of one lemon and olive oil.

Cut fish fillets into small portion pieces and rub with marinade. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

For the lamb skewers in olive oil-lemon marinade, wash, halve and seed the peppers. Cut bell pepper flesh into pieces about 2 centimeters in size. Cut meat into equal cubes and alternate with peppers on wooden skewers.

Mix pine nuts, olives, juice and zest of one lemon, rosemary and lemon thyme with the olive oil. Marinate lamb skewers and let rest in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

For the grilled chicken wings, mix all the ingredients with the vegetable oil and marinate the chicken wings with it. Place in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.

If they are not a fan of lamb, replace it with fish. It also goes perfectly with the olive-lemon marinade.
