A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Clean mushrooms in flour water, finely dice onions.

Fry onion and chopped garlic in 4 tbsp oil until colorless. Cut mushrooms into cubes and add.

Bring 300 ml of milk to boil with the dried porcini mushrooms. Bring to a boil and pour in the polenta semolina.

Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, fold in the mushrooms.

Stir in grated parmesan and butter and season with salt and pepper. Finally, bring to the table sprinkled with a little bit of Parmesan.
