For the mushroom ragout, first clean the mushrooms and chop them. Chop the onion.

Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion, add mushrooms and fry over high heat. When the mushrooms have let water and the water has dried again, dust with some flour, extinguish with white wine and pour on whipped cream and some water.
