For the oatmeal sticks, mix the flour with baking powder, oatmeal, egg, salt, milk and lukewarm butter to a firm dough.

Roll out 3-4 mm thin on a floured work surface and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cut dough into sticks and place on a buttered baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius until crispy brown.

Leave to cool on the tray. Remove from the baking tray and allow the oatmeal sticks to cool completely.
