For the paprika sugo, peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into large pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion pieces a little bit and then add the bell pepper cubes and fry them as well.

Peel the garlic and add it to the vegetables in the pan. After about 2 minutes, add the strained tomatoes and stir well.

Then add the cream cheese and season with salt and sugar. Simmer for a few minutes. If the sugo is too thick, add about 50 ml of water.

In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente. Puree the softened sugo and pour over the finished pasta.

Preparation Tip:

To flavor the paprika sugo more, you can add a few sprigs of rosemary to the simmer.
