Make pasta, drain and keep warm.

Cut the mushrooms into slices. Chop garlic, onion and pepperoncini. Grate zucchini and beef tomatoes (drain tomatoes). Chop chives and basil and mix with tomatoes. Cut feta into cubes.

Sauté garlic, mushrooms, onions and peperoncini with olive oil until very hot, add zucchini and sauté. Add tomatoes and herbs. Bring to the boil. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Add the feta. Mix into the warm pasta.

Tips:

Replace onion with shallots.
