Instructions:

For the pasta with zucchini and sausage, cook the pasta in enough salted water until al dente. Peel the garlic and the onion. First chop the garlic very very finely and then finely dice the onion.

Wash the zucchini and cut into bite-sized cubes. Heat the oil in a higher pan and fry the garlic as well as the onion in it until slightly brown.

Add the zucchini pieces and fry very briefly. Then add the diced canned tomatoes and mix well. Now cut the sausages into thin slices and add to the sauce.

Crumble the bouillon cube a bit and stir it in. Let simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Finally season the sauce with salt and (if desired with sugar – against the acidity).

Pour the sauce over the hot cooked pasta.

Preparation Tip:

Sprinkle a few flakes of fresh Parmesan over the pasta with zucchini and sausage.
