For pear with soft cheese au gratin, wash the pears and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices. In a frying pan, slowly fry in olive oil on both sides until golden brown.

Set the pan aside. Remove pears, melt butter in pan, pluck rosemary needles from branches. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place pears on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut cheese into thin slices. Cover pears with it, drizzle with butter and top with rosemary. Bake briefly in the oven (middle rack). Serve pears with soft cheese immediately.
