Instructions:

Knead a dough from the first mentioned ingredients and fill it into a cake springform pan. Bake the dough at 185 °C for 15 minutes.

Beat the egg yolks with water until creamy, add 2/3 of the sugar, lemon flavoring or grated lemon zest and salt while beating and continue to beat until creamy. Whip the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff and stir in, then carefully add the cornstarch, raisins and poppy seeds to the pre-baked pastry case.
