Instructions:

Sate, crispy grilled skewers with poultry or possibly meat, is a quick snack in Indonesia. Traditionally, sate includes peanut sauce, raw greens and “longtong”: cubes of pressed, cold long-grain rice cooked in banana leaves.

Skin chicken breasts and cut lengthwise to the fiber into 5 mm wide strips.

Mix all the ingredients for the salad dressing, mix in the meat and marinate in the refrigerator box for 1 day with the lid closed.

Sizzle nuts at medium temperature for about 4 minutes until brown skins come off. Place nuts in dish towel and prefer to rub off skins neatly. Heat honey and nuts over medium heat until honey is liquid. Add port and chicken stock and simmer over high heat to half the volume. Blend in a hand mixer until pureed. Add oil at the same time. Place the meat on 8 wooden skewers in the shape of an accordion and grill in an electric grill for about 12 minutes. To eat in the nut sauce

When finely chopped, the nuts combine with the other ingredients in such a way that the sauce becomes thick like mayonnaise. If you don’t have a hand mixer, use finely ground nuts for the sauce.
