For the pumpkin seed bread, preheat the oven to 220 °C top and bottom heat. Put the flours in a large bowl, crumble in the yeast and mix. Add salt, bread spice and oil. Add warm water and knead the dough into a soft dough. Cover with a cloth or lid and let rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.

Beat again briefly and pour into a loaf pan lined with baking paper, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, sprinkle with water and bake for 10 minutes.

Then switch back to 200 °C and bake again for 20 minutes. Then remove the pumpkin seed bread from the mold and finish baking for another 10 minutes.
