Instructions:

Make a mince dough from eggs, minced meat, cheese, breadcrumbs, finely chopped parsley, mashed garlic, pepper and salt. With wet hands arrange x 4 oblong-oval meatballs out of it and sizzle in hot olive oil on both sides until golden brown, then pour the tomato sauce over them and let them stand in the oven at 100° Celsius for about 10 minutes. To serve, offer on a heated platter.

Tip: Use fleshy olives for even more enjoyment!
