Instructions:

For berry tart, beat eggs with granulated sugar until thick and fluffy. Stir in the oil. Gently fold the sifted flour into the egg mixture.

Pour the batter into a greased, flattened fruit tart pan. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
