For the strawberry tart, remove the finished tart base from the package and arrange on a plate. Wash the strawberries, cut them into small pieces and spread them on the cake base.
In a saucepan, add the water, sugar and cake jelly powder, mix with a whisk and simmer gently for 60 seconds, stirring constantly.
Allow the jelly to cool slightly and spoon over the strawberries. Chill the strawberry tart briefly in the refrigerator and serve.
