Instructions:

Place the raspberries in a large glass jar with a screw cap and press down lightly.

Boil white wine with sugar and pour over the raspberries. When this mixture has cooled, add the spirit of wine and close the jar tightly.

Leave the jar in a cool place for about 3 weeks, shaking it often.

Then strain through a fine sieve or muslin cloth, pour into a bottle and keep refrigerated.

Preparation Tip:

You can also prepare this liqueur with blueberries or strawberries.
