Instructions:

For the red fruit jelly cake, beat eggs and powdered sugar until fluffy. Sift flour with baking powder and stir in. Line the baking tray (38 x 25 cm) with baking paper. Spread the batter and bake at 180 degrees for about 12 – 15 minutes. Remove the baking paper. When the sponge has cooled down, cover with baking frame.

Whip the cream until stiff. Mix curd, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Prepare gelatin according to instructions and mix into curd mixture. Finally, fold in the whipped cream.

Spread the curd mixture on the sponge cake and chill. Spread the red fruit jelly over the curd mixture. Prepare cake jelly according to instructions and carefully spread over the red fruit jelly, chill. Divide the red fruit jelly into portions and serve.
