Instructions:

Salt and pepper chicken breasts, sear on the skin side in olive oil. Roast in the oven at approx. 190°C for 5-7 minutes (turn once), let rest briefly. Sauté broccoli in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Marinate Vogerlalat with half of the vinaigrette, mix remaining vinaigrette with the apple pieces. Cut chicken breasts lengthwise, arrange with Vogerlsalat and broccoli and drizzle with the apple vinaigrette.
