For sage fried potatoes, wash the potatoes, halve or veirtel, depending on the size and fry briefly with chopped garlic in oil. Peel the onion, cut into fine strips and add to the potatoes. Sprinkle sage leaves on top, salt and pour in veal stock. Turn in the salami slices and place on top of the potatoes.

Bake in the oven at 130° C for 20 to 25 minutes.

Season the sage roast potatoes with ground pepper.
