Instructions:

For salmon with sesame crust, first wash the salmon and pat dry. Squeeze lemon. Season salmon with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and roll in sesame seeds.

Heat oil and sear salmon fillets in it for about 5 minutes.

For the parsley potatoes, wash the potatoes and boil in water until soft, about 15 minutes. Then peel and quarter them. Chop the parsley. Heat butter in a pan and fry the potatoes well. Sprinkle parsley on top and season with salt and pepper.
