Instructions:

For the scalloped cauliflower, bring the water to a boil. In the meantime, divide the cauliflower into small pieces, clean and wash them.

When the water boils, put the cauliflower pieces in and cook for about 2o minutes.

Then drain the water, put the cauliflower pieces in a baking dish and add the tomato pieces on top.

Add salt and pepper and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

Bake for about 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven at about 200°C.

Then put it under the grill for another 5 minutes. Remove the baked cauliflower and enjoy.

Preparation Tip:

If desired, you can add small flakes of crème fraîche on top of the cauliflower before baking. The baked cauliflower goes well with green salad.
