Try this delicious pasta dish:
1. peel asparagus spears, cook with 5 g butter and 1 pinch of sugar in boiling hot salted water for 18-20 min, drain.
In the meantime, mix milk with flour and 1 pinch of salt, swell for 10 min, fold in eggs.
Bake the dough in 2 halves in 20 g butter for 2 minutes each. Break pancakes into pieces with 2 forks and bake until golden brown.
4. foam remaining butter with nutmeg. Arrange asparagus, pancake and ham. Baste asparagus spears with butter, sprinkle with ground pepper.
