For the spaghetti sauce, peel and chop the carrots. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the chopped onion until translucent.

Then add the carrots and oregano and sauté for about 8 minutes. Stir frequently!

Add the minced meat and fry it as well. Add the tomatoes from the bottle. Fill the bottle halfway again and add them as well. Season with salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil and simmer the spaghetti sauce over low heat for about 30 minutes.
