A bean recipe for every taste:

Rinse the meat, dry it, cut it into large cubes. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and brown the meat on all sides.

Remove the peel from the onion and garlic and cut into cubes. Cut the washed chili pepper in half lengthwise, remove all seeds, cut the flesh into rings. Add everything to the meat and fry. Dust with flour.

Roughly dice the tomatoes, add to the meat together with the juice. Cook with closed lid for about 80 minutes at medium heat.

In the meantime, skin the red bell pepper sausage and cut it into slices half a centimeter thick. Drain the hominy and beans, add to the saucepan and heat for just under 10 min more. Season with salt, pepper and cumin and sprinkle with chopped parsley at the end.
