Put the flour in a wide bowl and mix with the cocoa, sugar and salt. Add the eggs and mix until a smooth dough. Finish the dough with the white wine and the liquid butter. Dip firm strawberries into the batter and finish baking in hot fat.
Serve the strawberry fritters with vanilla ice cream, wine foam or possibly strawberry sauce.
