For hidden sausages preheat the oven. Whisk eggs with milk and gently stir in flour until smooth dough is formed season with pinch of salt. Put aside.

Now fry the sausages from all sides, then put them in a baking dish. Now sauté the sliced onions and spread over the sausages with the fat.

Stir the batter again briefly and pour over the sausages. Bake at medium heat for about 30 minutes until the dough is golden brown. Eat still warm with mustard.
