For the Toffifee cake, melt the milk chocolate over a water bath and chop the Toffifee as small as possible. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites to snow.

Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy, add the egg yolks one by one. Then add the melted chocolate and mix well. Sift the flour and cocoa with the baking powder and fold into the batter alternately with the beaten egg whites.

Finally, stir in the chopped Toffifee. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan and bake at 180 °C (hot air) for about 60 minutes.

Cover the finished Toffifee cake with chocolate icing and decorate with chopped Toffifees.

Preparation Tip:

The Toffifee cake can also be baked in a round mold and decorated in other ways, if desired.
