For the Toffifee Cookies, beat the butter with the sugar and salt until fluffy, stir in the egg.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and baking soda and stir into the butter. Finally, stir the finely chopped Toffifee into the mixture.

Form small balls with your fingers, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving about 5 cm distance to the next ball.

Bake the Toffifee cookies in the preheated oven at 190°C for 10-15 minutes.
