For the Toffifee liqueur, heat the Toffifee together with the egg and sugar in a saucepan – always stirring until the Toffifee have melted.

Gradually add coffee milk and whipped cream and simmer a little.

Then, using a hand blender, blend the nuts well. Allow to cool and add the vodka. Pour through a fine sieve so that there are no more pieces of nuts in the Toffifee liqueur and fill into decorative well-cleaned bottles.

Preparation Tip:

If you want the Toffifee liqueur to be a bit firmer, mix some cornstarch (1 coffee spoon) with a small amount of coffee milk beforehand and add it. But be careful so that it does not become too thick.
