For scalloped tortellini, cook tortellini according to package directions and drain. Heat olive oil in a pot. Press the garlic, add it and let it sweat briefly.

Add strained tomatoes and grated cheese (50 g) and simmer gently until cheese is melted. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.

Pour the tortellini into a greased baking dish, pour the sauce over it and cover with the grated Emmental (150 g).

Bake in the preheated oven at approx. 200 °C for approx. 15-20 minutes (until the cheese has reached the desired shade).

Preparation Tip:

Scalloped tortellini can also be baked with another cheese to taste. The tortellini can also be varied as desired. With or without meat, everything is possible.
