For the tuna bruschetta, briefly toast the baguette slices. Rub with the garlic cloves and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle the baguette slices with a little salt.

Drain the tuna. Cut the bell pepper slices into small pieces. Rinse the kidney beans. Then mix the kidney beans, corn, peppers, tuna and parsley together.
