For the power breakfast, stir the five-grain flake mixture into the soy drink. Peel the turmeric and ginger and grate into the mixture. Add chia seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, chopped dates and cinnamon.

Bring everything to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Sweeten with maple syrup if desired.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of fresh ginger and turmeric, you can also use 1/4 tsp each of ginger powder and curcuma powder for the power breakfast.
