A bean recipe for every taste:

Mix the wheat gluten powder and soy flakes well. In a measuring cup, mix the strained tomatoes, the tamari, the grained vegetable soup, the grated lemon peel, the garlic powder and the white pepper. Remove the peel from the onion and grind it together with the marjoram, then add it. Now fill the measuring cup with water to 600 ml. Stir the mixture well, pour it over the wheat gluten powder and the soy flakes, knead the whole thing quickly and form a dumpling on the spot. Put oil and crushed juniper berries in a loaf pan (or Roman pot), heat and brown the dumpling on all sides. Roast in the oven at 180 degrees for about 2 hours. If the roast is cooked in a casserole or loaf pan, cover with aluminum foil.

Serve: Serve with dark gravy (vegetarian gravy), potato dumplings and red cabbage or possibly bean pods.

Prepare the meat in a very short time, because it combines very quickly – after only a few seconds this process is completed.
