Instructions:

For the vegetable patties, knead a dough from curd cheese, flour, butter and salt and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

For the filling, sauté the onion in oil, cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them. Mix the cooled mixture with the remaining ingredients for the filling.

Roll out the dough thinly, cut into rectangles, put a tablespoon of filling on each. Brush with beaten egg and fold together.

Brush with egg and bake the vegetable pouches at 180 °C in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
