Instructions:

For the Vogerlalat first wash the lettuce thoroughly.

Drain well and remove the roots. For the salad dressing, squeeze the lemon juice. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix olive oil with lemon juice, salt, garlic, mace and curry powder.

Pour the salad dressing over the Vogerlalat, mix and serve.

Preparation Tip:
