Instructions:

For the whole wheat pizza with avocado cream and vegetables, put flour in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in 150 ml lukewarm water and add to the flour. Add honey, salt and 3 tablespoons of oil and knead into a dough.

Knead the dough well for 10 minutes, then cover and let it rise in a warm place for at least 2 hours. The dough volume should have doubled.
