Mix butter and oil together.
Fry the onion in it, add the wild garlic, roast, salt, pepper and mix with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
Mix well the parmesan and the wild garlic and serve with the cooked pasta.
Preparation Tip:
If you like, sprinkle a few roasted pine nuts over the pasta. A few halved cocktail tomatoes sprinkled over it also make visually still something.
