For the wild garlic remoulade, rinse the wild garlic leaves with cold water, shake dry and chop finely. Wash the radishes, rub dry, remove the roots and leaves. Cut radishes and cucumbers into sticks.

Mix yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and sugar well. Stir in the wild garlic, radishes and cucumbers and season the wild garlic remoulade with salt and pepper.
